Hi there! Amy Hagerup here, joining your life from Wisconsin, USA. I am a mom of five and grandmother to 12. As a family, we spent 3 years in Ethiopia and almost 20 years in Ghana. In fact, we adopted our two youngest children in Ghana. They are now 18 and 19 – very gorgeous girls! Check out the photo at the bottom of this page.
First of all, let me ask you this. On a scale of 1 – 10, how would you rate your health? I mean, think of things like energy, sleep, joints, vitality, ability to focus, as well as things like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and other bigger issues like that. So what’s your number?
What this blog is all about is helping YOU get a 10 every day! I am passionate about helping people know how to get healthier naturally. Can you believe how much cancer, diabetes, arthritis, depression, asthma, allergies, ADHD, etc there is nowadays? My heart aches every time I hear another report of a loved one who is sick. Well, friend, I am passionate about the natural health products that Shaklee offers and we really need to get the word out about this.

But that blog is not really a good platform to shout the benefits of Shaklee from the rooftop. Soooooooo, I decided to start another blog that is dedicated to sharing Shaklee health solutions and this is it! You will notice that I feature a lot of testimonies of what worked for other people so you can benefit the most from other’s experiences.
There are two things I love about Shaklee: the clinical studies giving scientific proof AND the myriad of personal testimonies. So hopefully, this site will help you discover how Shaklee can help solve health issues for you or someone you love.
